2019(己亥)年的五运六气基本格局为厥阴风木司天,少阳相火在泉,岁运土运不及,表现在人体上是“风病”“热病”易发,脾胃易受邪扰.通过记录2019年上半年厥阴风木司天的北京地区气象、物候、易发病证特点及临证诊治思路,按六气时段分而论述,并与经文比较、分析和验证,可从中更好地体悟先贤论述之严谨与精妙,亦可作为当前医界同仁学习与应用五运六气理论之参考.
