肺纤维化是西医病名,中医多以“肺痹”“肺痿”“络病”论治.其病机性质总属本虚标实,病因多由外感毒邪、情志所伤、房劳酒伤或体质易感,正气本虚,致痰、瘀、毒等病理产物蓄积.病变初期以邪痹肺络为主,后期以肺肾亏虚为主.中医保守治疗肺纤维化优势明显,临床应在辩证论治的基础上遣方用药,以内服中药为主,辅以针灸、康复等联合治疗.患者个人应慎起居、适饮食、调畅情志,固护正气.
