Abstract
目的 观察回阳救心汤治疗阳虚水泛型心衰病疗效.方法 将63例阳虚水泛型心衰病患者随机分为2组,治疗组32例,对照组31例.对照组应用强心、利尿、扩张血管治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用回阳救心汤,2组均治疗2周,进行疗效观察.结果 治疗组有效率84.38％(27/32),优于对照组的74.2％(25/31).P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 回阳救心汤治疗阳虚水泛型心衰病疗效显著.
