本文旨在深入理解病机十九条中“诸湿肿满,皆属于脾”这句话的含义及如何运用于临床,从而能使我们更好地运用“十九条病机”去指导临床.通过对脾的中医解释及分析其产生水湿之邪的机制,加之其在典型病证的临床运用中具有指导性意义的验方分析,因而得出了一切水湿痰饮积聚之邪皆和脾脏有关,可以从脾论治.
