本文主要对李郑生主任医师运用疏肝健脾法治疗崩漏的经验进行总结.李郑生主任医师认为:崩漏为虚实夹杂之证,其病机关键为脾虚肝郁,病机之本为脾胃气虚,并根据脾虚与肝郁之轻重不同,将该病分为脾虚失统及肝郁血热两种证型.治疗上以健脾疏肝止血为主要原则,将健脾益气法贯穿始终,辨证论治,药证结合,临床疗效显著.同时配合注意经期卫生、调畅情志、调整饮食等.
