Abstract
从继承、整理名老中医经验角度,笔者对导师刘铁军教授治疗肝硬化经验进行了全面总结,认为肝硬化病名多种兼见,将代偿期肝硬化归于“肝积”、“胁痛”、“积聚”等范畴,病理因素以“肝郁、湿热、血瘀”为主,倡导“肝气郁结、肝胆湿热、肝络瘀阻”是肝硬化的主要病机,治疗当以疏肝解郁,清利湿热为首务,并通过典型医案,反应刘教授诊疗肝硬化的思路,以飨读者.
