紫菀汤作为三因方的代表方之一,为陈无择所创制.本文认为该方为六乙年弱金岁运时气而设,为肺虚感热伤寒的病因病机而立.紫菀汤体现了陈无择“辨运论治”学术特色,填补了运气理论与临床应用衔接的空白.临证应因机辨理,抓住肺虚感热的核心病机,于多汗症、肠激惹综合征、哮喘和慢性支气管炎等肺系及大肠系疾病疗效确凿.
