Abstract
目的 建立白木香叶正丁醇部位HPLC指纹图谱,并进行方法学考察,为白木香叶的质量控制提供理论依据.方法 采用HPLC分析方法,色谱柱为kromasil-C18,流动相:乙腈-0.3％磷酸缓冲盐梯度洗脱,固定流速:0.8 mL/min;检测波长:340 nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:10μL.结果 在10份检测样品中,标示出13个共有峰,构成白木香叶指纹图谱.结论 该方法准确可靠,所得指纹图谱共有模式可作为白木香叶质量控制的依据.
