Abstract
Rett综合征(Rett syndrome,RTT)是一种严重影响儿童精神运动发育的非神经系统退化性疾病,主要累及女性.临床表现以孤独行为、手的失用及刻板动作为特征,伴有严重的精神运动发育迟滞及倒退.本病至今尚无有效的治疗方法,主要采取对症治疗.中医对此病症有独到的认识,采用中西医结合的方法治疗1例Rett综合征患者,取得了一定疗效.
