欣月片的急性经口毒性和遗传毒性实验研究

Abstract
目的 评价欣月片的安全性,为其开发利用提供科学依据.方法 按照GB15193~2003<食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法>进行大小鼠的急性经口毒性实验,Ames实验,小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验及小鼠睾丸染色体畸变试验.结果 欣月片的急性经口LD50 >20.0g/kg BW;三项遗传毒性实验结果均为阴性.结论欣月片对小鼠的急性经口毒性属无毒;未见遗传毒性作用.
