为了进一步推动院校与企业之间的深度合作,构建完善的烹调工艺与营养专业人才培养体系,文章在阐述现代学徒制的相关内容的基础上,提出了现代学徒制在烹调工艺与营养专业教学中的运用策略,即全面构建烹调工艺与营养专业的现代学徒制教学模式;关注五大关键教学环节,保障现代学徒制度的运用效果.
