Abstract
为加强高职院校培养企业真正用得上的高素质技术技能型人才,本文对课程标准与岗位能力标准进行了对接研究.以中药制剂检测技术课程为例,介绍当前高职教育中本课程的现状,阐述中药制剂检测技术岗位能力融入课程标准的必要性,并从学生岗位能力出发,对如何基于岗位能力标准制定课程标准的策略进行探讨,为其他课程课程标准的设计和制定提供思路.
