我国地方大学发展迅速,规模扩张过程中出现了一些问题,如缺乏教育理念支撑、对“应用”认识不清、与区域发展脱离等.在学科专业建设方面,地方大学面临如何看待及怎样建设应用型学科专业等问题.地方大学学科专业建设应坚持应用型的方向,核心是人才培养,根本出路是为区域经济发展和地方支柱产业服务.
