新冠肺炎疫情期间,省级基础教育教研部门应充分发挥教育智库作用,指导中小学、幼儿园结合疫情防控,做好教书育人工作.湖南省教育科学研究院基础教育研究所从开展阻击校园疫情研究、分析线上教学现状对策、发展长效教育教研模式和提供心理健康防护建议四个方面着手,开展战"疫"教研,展示教研转型成果,服务基础教育改革.
