通过分析EBZ320掘进机铲板星轮的装载容积及受力情况，得到施加在星轮上的载荷，利用Pro/E对铲板星轮进行实体建模及 ANSYS Workbench 2.0对模型结构和模态进行有限元分析，得到其强度和振型，为进一步对铲板星轮的优化设计及铲板星轮驱动力和装配间隙的选取提供了理论依据.
