Abstract
研究了化学成分和轧制工艺不同的4个批次X65管线钢抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC )性能 ,结果表明 ,应力加载大小对X65管线钢抗SSCC(四点弯曲)腐蚀性能影响较小,试样抗SSCC (四点弯曲)腐蚀性能与其微观组织密切相关.X65管线钢断口存在氢致裂纹,X65管线钢SSCC (四点弯曲)是以阴极氢脆机制为主的应力腐蚀 ,氢致开裂(HIC)破坏机理占主导作用,影响X65管线钢抗HIC腐蚀性能的因素同样影响其抗SSCC(四点弯曲)腐蚀性能.
