为预防泥石流灾害的发生,应用安全系统工程的研究方法对一般泥石流原因分析(危险源辨识),根据风险的大小,进行风险分级(风险分析),并提出相应的措施(风险控制).并且通过预防为主,防治结合,重点监控的思路,实现泥石灾害控制的有效性和节能性.
