Abstract

建立同时测定蔬菜罐头中NO2-、NO3-、SO32-及SO42-四种阴离子的离子色谱法.采用戴安ICS-3000型离子色谱仪及IonPac AS11-HC(4.0×250 mm)阴离子交换柱,淋洗液为10 mmol/L NaOH溶液,流速为1.0 mL/min,1％甲醛(质量分数)作为SO32-保护剂.4种阴离子线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.9992～0.9997,检出限为0.05～0.1 mg/kg(S/N=3),加标回收率为91.3％～105.0％.结果表明本方法适用于蔬菜罐头样品定量分析.
