教研室是高校最基层的教学组织,有着多重职能,是高校日常教学运行,教育教学改革实施的终端组织,对于提升高校教育质量和人才培养质量有着至关重要的作用.本文阐述了高校教研室建设的必要性,指出了当前部分高校教研室建设过程中存在的问题,并提出了重建教研室教学研究功能的对策.
