为改进人教版高中生物必修1第4章第1节"物质跨膜运输的实例"导入实验存在容易失败等不足,可利用透明广口药瓶、吸管等材料组装出适合于高中教学使用的渗透装置.该装置具有制作简单、清洗方便、易于操作、保证密封和现象明显等优点,既能节省实验准备的时间,又可大大缩短实验时间.
