Stable hemoglobin-based biosensor based on coordination-assisted microfluidic technology for hydrogen peroxide determination

摘要
•The coordination assisted microfluidic technology to improve the stability of enzyme sensor is proposed.•HIL@Hb/MXene-Ti3C2/MGCE were prepared with excellent peroxidase-like activity and stability.•The biosensor can be used to detect H2O2 produced in situ by cells.•Ultra-thin MXene-Ti3C2 can ensure effective adhesion of Hb/HIL and collection of sensing signal.•It has a good linear response range of 1.996–27.232 μM, detection limit reaching 1.996 nM (S/N = 3), sensitivity of 52.08 μA·μM−1·cm−2.
