Abstract
近年来,我国很多高职院校陆续建立了教师发展中心,在构建"双师型"教师培养培训体系中普遍面临职前职后不连贯、师培体缺乏顶层设计、对教师专业化成长研究不足及教师发展中心职能发挥不够等问题.因此针对这些问题,本文提出三条建设路径,促进"双师型"教师队伍专业化发展.
