高校继续教育与产业发展紧密联系,在人才培养、科学研究、文化传承、服务社会以及创新创业等方面发挥着重要作用,为新旧动能转换提供有力的智力支持.在客观分析新旧动能转换对高校继续教育转型的影响的基础上,以山东省地方高校为例,提出了高校继续教育转型应坚持的原则和路径选择.
