调查分析了2016-2018届洛阳师范学院物理学专业毕业生的就业情况,结果显示:以2018届为例,考研升学的占就业人数的33.7％,从中学教育事业的占36.0％,到企业单位就业的占26.7％.就物理学专业而言,从学生就业出发,提出了人才培养方案修订原则,建立了分流培养模式.
