本科生导师制作为人才培养的一种模式,在国外高等教育中被广泛应用,在我国高等教育改革发展过程中,为提高学生的综合素质,一些国内高校也引入了本科生导师制,对传统教学进行补充.本文以医学院校中进行的本科生导师制实践为例,分析其利弊,探索西部地区医学院校本科生导师制实施的可行办法.
