基因工程是生物学相关专业本科生的专业主干课程之一.为适应地方本科院校转型发展的需求,本文根据基因工程的技术流程体系重构教学内容,理论和实践对接,同时对教学方法和考核评价方式进行改革,以提高基因工程的教学质量,满足应用技术型人才培养的需求.
