1 过度训练与神经内分泌 近年来许多学者认为神经内分泌系统兴奋和抑制之间的不平衡是造成过度训练的主要机制[1].当运动应激超过机体的耐受能力时,引起神经内分泌系统的功能及调节障碍,机体产生一系列功能性甚至病理性改变.神经内分泌系统的这些功能改变涉及下丘脑垂体系统、交感肾上腺髓质系统和垂体肾上腺皮质系统.
