以政策生命周期为切入点,就改革开放以来我国体育竞赛表演业政策的历史发展阶段、政策变化的周期性特征以及未来政策走向进行分析.研究表明,体育竞赛表演业的政策生命周期分为萌芽阶段、初效阶段、全效阶段三个阶段;政策生命周期与国家发展战略的一致性、政策生命周期核心主题的连续性、政策生命周期跨度的阶段性是我国体育竞赛表演业政策的变化特征;未来我国体育竞赛表演业政策的三大走向为:政策制定的科学性、政策行为的阶段性、政策继承的时效性.
