一、设计思路 本节课用小垫子和皮筋作为主要器材,从一人一张垫子到两人配合用皮筋制作"跳高架",再到几个人一组,在制作好的"跳高架"下垫上小垫子来设置不同的高度,使本课由易到难,循序渐进,学生还可以根据自己的能力选择适合的高度完成动作,达到因人而异、区别对待的分层效果.
