Abstract
采用文献资料法、调查访问法、数理统计法、对比分析法等科研方法,对河北省社会体育指导员发展现状进行了调查分析.结果表明,河北省公益型社会体育指导员已具一定规模,但整体数量相对较少,年龄、学历结构不合理,管理欠完善:职业型社会体育指导员发展过慢.针对这些问题提出了其发展长效机制,以期为河北省社会体育指导员今后的发展提供参考依据.
