F-掺杂Mn0.2Zr0.8O2-δ纳米粉体的水热合成及光催化性

Abstract
以NH4 F为矿化剂,采用水热法制备了具有较高光催化性的F-掺杂Mn0.2 Zr0.8 O2-δ纳米材料,系统研究F-掺杂对Mn0.2 Zr0.8 O2-δ纳米粉体相组成、形貌、化学组成及光催化性能的影响.结果表明:F-的引入对立方相Mn0.2 Zr0.8 O2-δ粉体的相结构影响较大,随着掺杂浓度的增加,Mn0.2 Zr0.8 O2-δ发生立方相向单斜相相变程度提高;F﹣ 掺杂可调控Mn0.2 Zr0.8 O2-δ粉体的晶粒尺寸及形貌,使粉体取向生长,最终呈片状结构;F-掺杂有利于提高Mn0.2 Zr0.8 O2-δ降解有机染料的可见光光催化活性.当F-掺杂浓度为0.1 mol/L时,催化剂的光催化性能最优,经60 min光照后,甲基橙降解度可达70%以上.
