Abstract
利用超声辅助技术提取红豆杉针叶中的黄酮类化合物,并利用HPLC法进行定性定量分析. 结果表明,当乙醇体积分数为65%,液料比为15:1,提取时间为45 min时,总黄酮的提取率最高;红豆杉针叶中的黄酮类化合物以苷类为主,尤其是槲皮素苷类.
