Abstract
大数据的应用带来高校教学的各项变革.高校教师作为教学变革的重要主体之一,面临着机遇和挑战.通过对国内高校教师的现状和大数据时代下的教学变革进行剖析,提出了高校教师应采取的“三转一提高”策略,即转变传统教学方式、转变传统教学评价方式、转变自身角色定位,提高自身大数据素养,努力探索高校教师应对大数据时代教学变革的具体途径.
