根据政策文本对教师的分类,可以将高职教师专业发展分为新教师、普通教师、骨干教师、专业带头人(优秀教师)和学科带头人等5个阶段,各发展阶段的教师拥有不同的特征、专业发展需求和重点.新教师的发展需求最为迫切,普通教师的发展需求最为复杂,骨干教师、专业负责人在负责课程、专业建设的同时,需要发展技术专长,学科带头人的专业发展具有高度自主性.高职院校应根据教师专业发展阶段组织开展相关发展活动.
