Abstract
桂花是重要的园林经济树种,加强其快速繁殖和新品种培育对推进桂花产业发展具有重大意义.文章依据近30年的桂花组织培养研究成果,分析了影响桂花胚、茎尖、茎段、叶片及花梗等不同外植体培养的因素,并综述了桂花在花色、花香等方面的基因工程研究进展,以期为桂花的分子育种工作提供参考.
