黄芪多糖改善猪瘟混感母猪免疫抑制效果

Abstract
本试验旨在探讨以黄芪多糖((Astragalus polysaccharide,APS)为免疫增强剂改善猪瘟混感母猪免疫抑制效果.以24头猪瘟(Classical Swine fever,CSF)混感带毒母猪随机分成4个试验组.各组分别于免疫后第20d、第35 d、第50 d,进行采血和相关指标的测定.结果显示:APS能延长猪瘟抗体效价的衰减时间,显著增加外周血T淋巴细胞数、提高CD4+/CD8+比值,改善产仔性能.表明APS对特异性免疫和非特异性免疫均有促进作用.
