Abstract
运用文献资料、访谈、归纳、演绎等方法,对重庆地方体育立法进行梳理,发现存在立法数量不足、立法冲突、缺乏地方特色等问题,并结合实际问题参照上位法及相关立法提出完善建议,同时认为应通过进一步健全立法评估机制、完善立法行政复议制度及听证制度保障重庆体育立法工作的健康有序开展.
