Abstract
利用Aspen Plus软件,以N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP,下同)为萃取剂,选用NRTL-HOC热力学模型,进行醋酸和水的萃取精馏分离模拟.确定了萃取精馏分离的最佳操作参数.在最佳操作参数下,萃取精馏分离出水的纯度高达98.63％,冰醋酸的纯度高达99.99％,冰醋酸的回收率高达99.03％,并且该工艺比常规精馏节能64.83％.
