Abstract
利用微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定食用昆虫中的Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn、B、Mn、Hg、Pb、Cr、Se、As 12种微量元素,结合精密度、回收率和重复性实验,得出ICP-MS法检测食用昆虫中微量元素的可靠性,实现了食用昆虫中微量元素的同时测定,结果准确可靠,快速灵敏,很大程度上缩短了检测周期.
