Abstract
为了检测纯牛奶中常见掺假物,本实验采集南阳市售的六种纯牛奶,采用化学显色的方法分别检测淀粉、蔗糖、豆浆、食用碱、糊精、陈乳、过氧化氢、甲醛、硫化物、铵盐、硝酸盐、焦亚硫酸钠和石灰水共13种掺假物.结果表明,蒙牛中含有4种掺假物,伊利中含有4种掺假物,三色鸽(30天保质期)中含有6种掺假物,花花牛中含有6种掺假物,三色鸽(5天保质期)中含有5种掺假物,生鲜牛乳中含有6种掺假物.
