Abstract
学分制收费中的“学分”作为学校和学生双方之间等价交换的媒介,更能体现市场经济中“等价交换”的原则.因此,学分制收费是高校改革的必然趋势,文章以广东石油化工学院为例,分析了实行学分制收费的必要性,并根据学分制收费的主要内容提出了成功实施学分制收费的条件.
