研究系列浓度的茉莉酸甲酯(methyl jasmonat,MeJA)、不同激素与MeJA组合对水稻种子萌发过程中所含的BAPNA酶(BAPNA:苯甲酰精氨酸对硝基苯胺,Na-benzoyl-DL-arginine-p-nitroanilid)活性的影响,了解水稻种子萌发过程中蛋白酶与贮藏蛋白降解的关系,探讨茉莉酸甲酯是否通过赤霉素(Gibberellins,GA)或脱落酸(Abscisic acid,ABA)途径影响水稻萌发过程中的蛋白酶活性.
