Abstract
装配式建筑的发展已是整个建筑业的共识,应用型本科高校作为培养高素质应用型人才的高等学府,应尽快建立起符合装配式建筑人才的培养机制.通过对装配式建筑的政策解读和市场调研,从人才培养方案制定、创新培养模式设计和师资队伍打造三个方面进行研究,拟探索实现装配式建筑人才培养的有效途径.
