Abstract
针对叶片复烤的工艺特点及目前回潮区控制方案存在的问题,设计一套回潮区的多策略复合控制系统.该系统在不同的控制目标区间,分别使用模型预测控制策略、反馈控制策略和逻辑控制策略,将出口含水率、回潮区温度控制在给定范围内,保证了控制精度和快速响应.在12000kg/h的生产线上进行了验证,并得到长期使用,对片烟含水率的波动改善在15％左右.
