射速和射击方式对速射火炮身管温度的影响

Abstract
为了研究射速和射击方式对小口径速射火炮身管温度的影响,基于有限元分析方法,建立其速射火炮身管截面的有限元模型,分析三种射速下射击40连发的身管温度以及三种射击方式下的身管温度.实验表明,在相同射弹数条件下,射速越高,身管内壁温度越高,内外壁温差越大;相同射速条件下,不同射击方式对身管射击后存储热量影响很小,但多组射击方式可以有效降低射击过程中的内壁温度,缩小内外壁温差.本文对小口径舰炮提高射速以及射击规范的制定提供一定的参考.
