通过对农村失独老人生活状况的了解,发现其最关注的是医疗问题,因此,通过进一步深化和扩展我国家庭医生签约服务制度,提出为农村失独老人提供家庭医生签约服务的具体方法,并指出在实施过程中双方应注意的几点伦理规范要求.此研究为改善农村失独老人医疗条件和医疗环境提供了新的方法;也为我国家庭医生签约服务制度深入特殊人群做了新的尝试.
