Abstract
对某高校2010年度参加正高级职称评定的16名教学人员的四项量化分,分别运用熵权法、主客观权的 Topsis 法和主观权的双基点法对教师的业绩进行了评价及排位.在此基础上,分别建立了基于平均值法、Borda 法的组合评价模型,并对教师们的业绩进行了综合评价及排位,所得结果更趋科学性、客观性、公正性和可行性,为科学量化工作提供了有益的参考.
