Abstract
建立分散液液微萃取-火焰原子吸收光度法测定啤酒中痕量铜的方法.探讨了分散剂用量、萃取剂用量、pH值、震荡时间、络合剂用量等因素对萃取率的影响.在最佳条件下测定的检出限为6.01 μg·L-1,回收率在97％-99.5％,线性范围为0.00-4.00μg·mL-.结果发现利用该法测定啤酒中的铜含量令人满意.
