虫草菌丝中3种有效成分含量测定研究

Abstract
探讨了虫草菌丝中甘露醇、多糖和腺苷的含量测定．采用剩余滴定法测定甘露醇含量，硫代硫酸钠滴定液滴定；比色法测定多糖含量，以无水葡萄糖作对照；高效液相色谱法测定腺苷含量，采用Shim-pack-C18色谱柱，以甲醇－水为流动相，流速1.0 mL／min，柱温30℃，检测波长260 nm．结果表明：生产条件不同所得到的虫草菌丝中甘露醇、多糖和腺苷的含量没有相关性．以单一成分作为虫草菌丝质量控制指标不能全面反映其质量，选择多指标成分进行含量测定，能够更好地控制虫草菌丝质量．
