Abstract
蝇蛆营养价值较高,且生产成本低、无毒无污染,是一种优质的禽畜饲料.用蝇蛆饲养肉鸡,可增加肉鸡的日增重,改善肉质风味,提高肉品质;用蝇蛆饲养蛋鸡,可增加蛋鸡的产蛋率;同时,蝇蛆中含有抗菌肽、甲壳素、壳聚糖等抗菌活性成分,能够增强鸡的机体免疫力,具有广泛的应用前景.本文综述蝇蛆的营养价值及其在养鸡方面的应用,以期为相关研究者和养殖者提供参考.
